Simple exercises that can be done at home to promote/maintain good physical health in line with the current pandemic, where gym utilization and/or outdoor exercise activities are limited/ prohibited. The program has several objectives such as to provide specific alternative home exercises and their required home appliance (If any), understand the importance of home exercises in promoting/maintaining active, healthy lifestyle, and perform home exercises in a safe manner via online video tutorials.

TAI-CHI Exercise

Tai Chi Exercise Program is spearheaded by the College of Physical Therapy together with College of Nursing, College of Pharmacy, College of Medical Technology, and College of Radiologic Technology as collaborating colleges. This program aims to improve the health and wellness of the geriatric population of the adopted community through Chinese martial arts tradition. This program will offer regular sessions of light exercises appropriate for target participants to improve their health without excessively straining their bodies.

Sports Injury Management

This program educated the adolescent and young adults about the proper management and prevention of sports-related injuries, followed by workshops conducted by the physical therapy students, sharing their competencies acquired from their previous workshops in managing sports injuries.
